Welcome to NativeBolt ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

NativeBolt is a mobile application that provides shopping list management with offline sync capabilities. The app offers both free features and a paid subscription with additional functionality.

2. Account Registration

You may sign in using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the app. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide and improve the service.

The app, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be preserved indefinitely.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
